Huw Jennings is the current Academy Director at Fulham FC. Huw was appointed by his current employees in December 2008 after a successful spell at Southampton FC where as  director of their Academy he overlooked development of such talents of Theo Walcott and Gareth Bale.

Under his stewardship Fulham FC Academy has enjoyed an unparalleled level of success culminating in the season 2010-11 when they became runner up in the Premier League Academy League.

Huw’s Academy program nutures young talent to maximise the opportunity of any talented youngster into a professional career. An example would be academy graduate Kerim Frei, who after just 18 months at the club made his First Team debut on July 7th 2011 as a second half substitute in the UEFA Europa League. By Mid Semptember Frei was handed a starting place in Fulhams eleven to face Chelsea in the 3rd round of the Carling Cup.

Huw who also has served as the Premier League’s Head of Youth Development is balancing his responsibilities at Fulham with the role of the Director of Nike Football Academy.
