Gintreda Future Stars 2019 is a unique event for the UK which will bring together all levels of participation form aspiring young U12’s to elite teams from across Europe in combination with coach development taking place over a two weekend period.
We are excited to announce our new partnership with Gintreda as we have a shared vision towards the development of sporting talent in the UK and the providing quality and unrivaled opportunities, experiences and exposure for our young athletes.
Gintaras Gudziunas, Managing Director of Gintreda commented “Future Stars 2019 event brings something completely different to English basketball. Obviously, I come from the country where basketball is treated like a religion and I don’t expect that the same will be the in England, especially when football is so strong. But I really believe that with the amount of natural talent among youngsters in the UK, basketball should be in a completely different place in the sporting market, much higher than it currently is. The only way to achieve this is to have constant contact with the best international coaches and players to learn from them. This is exactly what we are trying to achieve with Future Stars, we want to turn it into the best event for young basketball players from all over the world. We want to make it a place for young basketball players which provides them with a great exposure and platform to launch a pro career. We at Gintreda are very excited about this project.”
